Be it casual, a one off task, or you’re looking for a dedicated employee. These young people would be thrilled to assist! If you’re nervous about hiring a person with disabilities, please don’t be! They will come with a carer to ensure safety and that the job gets done as expected. Gardening, manufacturing, cleaning - they are keen to help. Please consider giving someone from Te Tiihi Nui, like these amazing younglings, an opportunity.
Hourly rates can be as simple as a small koha. It’s more about the experience and opportunity. That is the main goal here.
